There's more to buying a property than just the property itsef, as you'll agree. The building and its surroundings appealed to me, of course. But what also made my decision was the village, its atmosphere, its square with its church, its inhabitants, the surrounding nature, the mooing, the chirping, and also the accessibility right in the middle of the nature.
